Why did we have to lose a balloon when we were kids? Maybe it was life’s way of preparing us for the many things we’d have to let go of as we grow up.
While you’re growing up, you’ll realize that there are so many things you will lose, some things you need to let go of, the people who are forced to say goodbye, the dreams we needed to stop in order for something to happen. While we were kids, watching a balloon fly away reminds us that sometimes, no matter how we hold something, if it is not meant for you, it will never happen to you.
But, that’s also how we learn the beauty of accepting the things that are made for us.
Being in this stage of life, approaching adulthood, finding your purpose, sometimes wandering in life, but at the same time, healing your inner child is never easy. At this stage, you will lose friends; you will lose something you loved before, especially your passion; you will leave something behind to prioritize what is important.
Little did we know that we were getting there. We bloom in silence; we walk with His purpose. 💗✨
