Deep down
There is no trust for each other
Law, religion, ethics, festivities
Just help us to keep
That devil in check
Oh..why do we pretend to be
What we are not!
Is that a solution?
Or staying connected with your inner self
Looking at human race
As one body
And learning to feel the immensity of cosmos
Will bring us to senses?
O’ Our Times, I call upon thee
Wake up
Look at the futility of your
Political systems
Education systems
Business ethics
No wonder
We are killing your own planet
And feeling helpless
We don’t learn from history
We are unsecured and selfish
We treat the symptoms
And the ailment remains untouched
I can’t be alone in my thoughts !!!
