“The Dance of Joy”
In the field of yellow marigolds, my happiness takes flight,
All the stress and worries dissolve, and my heart becomes light.
The colors of love embrace me, a warm and tight hug,
I dance with joy, as if on a euphoric drug.
Life’s roller-coaster finally gifts a place called home,
We’re bound together, an unbreakable thread, no need to roam.
The morning sun blesses us with its yellow sunlight,
Hope blooms to joy, feeding on the darkest of night.
The gentle breeze caresses, and the birds are singing,
Even they are excited to witness our epic beginning.
As you bent on your knees and proposed to me with a ring,
In the autumn of my life, you bring back the spring.
The waiting hours are over, and I broke the hourglass,
A tear of happiness fell and rested on the grass.
