Love’s Sanctuary
Beneath a velvet sky, where starlight gleams,
Our love unfolded, not a clash of extremes.
No fiery tempest, no hearts ablaze,
But a gentle ember, lighting our days.
Two souls, complete, on our own we thrived,
Yet drawn together, by a current untied.
No need to capture, no cages to bind,
Just roots that intertwined, a love we’d find.
Your hand in mine, a promise we make,
To watch the best in each other awake.
Not a jealous clutch, nor a possessive claim,
But a nurturing haven, where passions can flame.
We built no barriers, no walls to ascend,
Just trust as vast as the heavens that bend.
Laughter cascades, a joyous refrain,
Tears understood, whispered in the rain.
There’s no keeping score, no balancing due,
Just a boundless spring, where love flows anew.
We give and we give, with spirits alight,
A tapestry woven, ever so bright.
Success a garden, we tend with such care,
Where every blossom thrives in the love we share.
Spirits take flight, on wings set ablaze,
Two flames burning brighter, in love’s tender gaze.
This love, it transcends the fleeting embrace,
It’s a sanctuary, a comforting space.
No longer adrift, on a lonely sea,
But a harbor of peace, where our souls agree.
So let hearts entwined, forever take flight,
Bathed in the warmth of this love’s gentle light.
Not a bottle to hold, but a boundless sky,
Where our souls, like wildflowers, forever bloom high.
