‘I love the town, where I grew..’
Parents and grandparents, living together,
any occasion or any weather.
Happiness and sorrow nothing to deter,
bonds were great, a thing to cheer.
Fields of potatoes, wheat and paddy,
were adjacent, I visited with daddy.
Sometimes with balls other times taddy,
to play there with a grand old lady.
Going to school was a great fun,
reiterating the rhymes, prizes I won.
Teachers too were simply like none,
if any body sick, never used to shun.
People so cordial, giving regards undue,
pure by heart, as if a dew.
I love the town, where I grew,
“Muhamdi” is name, you got it true..!
