Generally , we find nowadays the people get stressed in their daily lives .They say that they are having tension with family ,friends and office .First I would like to appeal to everyone that we should not emphasize these two words ‘stress and ‘tension’.These words are completely negative .If these words are used in the common discussion they may increase the further problem . We know that these words are themselves serious .I feel that we should use the word ‘PROBLEM’ on behalf of ‘TENSION’ and ‘STRESS’ .Apart from it there are certain opinions of mine which may reduce TENSION,STRESS and WORRY .

There is no problem to have a large circle of friends in your locality with whom we can exchange our views. It is very important that we first watch the mutual understanding quality whether it is posed by them or not ? They should have the qualities of helpful nature and should always stand by each other in need.
Maintaining secrecy is also important to win the confidence of friends. These are the qualities of TRUSTED FRIENDS. They give the pleasures rather than any trouble.

HOBBIES / EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

These habits will open the door to happiness. Writing ,reading, painting,listening to music, sightseeing ,etc are the hobbies which are giving pleasure in life. Plying outdoor /indoor games, drama, cultural programmes, debate ,discussion are the extracurricular activities that are keeping us busy .They never allow foreign bodies like TENSION, STRESS and WORRY .

We should try to be involved in family rituals always. There is important to spend maximum time with your family members.The ‘helping hands are better than praying hands ,always.
