Online classrooms, e-learning portals,calling teachers by name
That’s hashtag life in London
You(London) taught to cook
Learn life lessons without referring to any book
Gave me confidence to travel on my own
This way I venture out everyday out of my comfort zone
This was the opportunity for which I always pleaded
London gave me wings which I always needed
When I came here everything appeared strange and new
But gradually I learnt life is tough but so are you
Staying here I started to walk that extra mile
Which always added yet another curve to my smile
I witnessed how different have settled here with varied religion and race
You(London) are like a mother who has accepted/accomodated everyone with such poise and grace
I realise that humanity is above all and empathy is what you need
You will always carry the results of your own deed
You(London) will always be super close to my heart
As in my life you have played a significant part
I love you no matter what people say
Growing,tumbling,falling and again standing up tall every single day
