Self-Churning….!
“I dominate the whole World,” Hunger roared in a terrible voice.
“I didn’t understand anything,” said the Thirst.
“People get into different types of industries only after being distraught with me. Even some sell their faith,” Hunger crushed again in that pride, “I persecute the poor all the time, and I kill those who starve for more days. Famine and drought are synonymous with me. Till now innumerable people have become grasps of untimely times because of me.”
Sudden thunderstorms and rain started. The whole nature swung with happiness. Living organisms. Tree-vines, grass. As if everyone has got new life! The thirsty Earth, distraught by the summer season, after getting a touch of cold water, was also satisfied. Thirst said “Thank you” in response, thanking the Water.
“Why do you thank Water, whereas you are more important than Water?” The pride of Hunger was intact.
“Thankfully people don’t die of me, because poor people also quench their thirst by drinking water. Shouldn’t you also give up your arrogance and thank the grain?”
Hunger was astonished at this ‘self-churning’ of Thirst.
