It seems you do not understand the actual meaning of freedom of speech/expression.
Freedom of speech does not mean that you can insult by targeting any group, community, religion etc. What you posted is called hate speech, which is a crime and offender can be prosecuted under law.
Being a responsible organization, it is our duty to not allow such irresponsible behavior through the content published on our platform.
India prohibits hate speech by several sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, and by other laws which put limitations on the freedom of expression.
As per Indian constitution, you cannot propagate hate speech under the pretext of freedom of expression. Here is the actual clause quoted from the Indian constitution-
Under Indian law, the freedom of speech and of the press do not confer an absolute right to express one’s thoughts freely. Clause (2) of Article 19 of the Indian constitution enables the legislature to impose certain restrictions on free speech under following heads:
I. security of the State,
II. friendly relations with foreign States,
III. public order,
IV. decency and morality,
V. contempt of court,
VI. defamation,
VII. incitement to an offence, and
VIII. sovereignty and integrity of India.
