” GIVING ORDER TO SUBORDINATES “

Some special points to be observed while we pass orders to our subordinates in any organization being a leader. The various gestures like Autocratic …..Variable…and …..Democratic methods are applied to get done the mission of the organization. The leader should be very clear and positive. Uses firm tones to his subordinates to expect his order to be executed nicely. It should be clear in the mind of the Head of the Department that he shouldn’t end his order with a threat. Making the issue when the order is not carried out for a certain reason is not appropriate for an efficient leader. We sometimes react which may undermine the position as well as a leadership quality. Some leaders on receive orders from their higher command which will involve them in personal inconvenience will criticize the order in front of their men. This also undermines the authority more than anything else and the execution of the task would be very less. We being a leader should not apologize to our juniors ” This is not my order but higher authority is wanting to get the job done “.It will diminish the personality of a leader. After executing the work a leader must congratulate his subordinates and credit must be given to them.
