We find some followers in every organization who are lazy …impulsive… pathetic …..parasite…rebellions… self-oriented and subversive. These types of followers will be always uncooperative whom their own interests come first. No leader would accept these followers. So there is no doubt to take the right step to reform them. We must try to make them understand and shape them mature. They should be taught the importance and achievements of their services. Where the organization’s mission is at stake we must not hesitate to use authoritarian methods of motivation …..impose rigorous checks…..supervision and control. A perfect leader gets men to do even they are not very keen to do it.
