Change
If gold was called iron and iron gold,
Which one will be more precious?
Gold or iron?
If church was called prison,
Where would convicts go?
Where would they find conviction?
If the rich were called poor,
Would we still strive to be rich?
If evil changed her name to ‘good’,
Would people feel guilty for doing good?

Some things are better left as they are,
Changing them would be chaotic,
But, isn’t change inevitable?
If you were reborn 200 years from now,
And found everything changed,
Would you consider iron precious?
Or you would retaliate by doing good?
Your parents would seem dramatic,
Telling you if you don’t work hard you’ll be rich.
