I Am Life You Naïve

I had a glimpse of Life yesterday,
It was singing harmoniously in my ways.
Then I looked for it here and there,
It was smiling while playing hide and seek.
I found my tranquility after such a long time,
It was gently caressing me to sleep.
Why were we both furious at each other?
I was explaining this to it and it to me.
I asked it, “goddam why did you give me such pain?”
It replied with a smile, “I am Life you naïve.
I was teaching you how to live!”
