A leader must have the perfect quality of decisiveness. It is the complete misconception that everything would come out smoothly in the end. But a leader takes his decision with full action and handles the situation with calmness in a crisis. The repeated practice and complete immersion into depth of situation build him up a perfect leader who takes wise decisions very fast. We agree that one can’t be right all the time in one’s decision but we must not forget the words of Roosevelt, ” MAN WHO NEVER DOES ANYTHING, NEVER MAKES A MISTAKE “. The quality of decisiveness comes out from Professional Knowledge, Practice, and Experience. But it does not teach us to keep away from our subordinates. Where there is a need for consulting with subordinates a leader should not hesitate to share their opinions. But a perfect leader never blames others for his own errors.
