Water scarcity truly is a matter to be focused at grass root level, where general public should be aware to conserve & combat the wastage of water,
Strict rules and awareness programs can help a lot to deal with the crisis.
As well as new methods of conserving or water harvesting can be taught in schools, societies or residential areas at large scale.
We need to change with the changing climate.
