“AUTOCRATIC GESTURE OF GROUP ON FACEBOOK”

Basically, when more than one person is assembled, a Group is formed. The ethics of a group is based on interaction with each other to achieve the objectives of the organization. The groups are formed in Service Selection Boards where the candidates are aspiring to become officers in Armed Forces. The teams of games and sports are one kind of group. We make the group for group studies. The political group is formed with certain principles.
Personal Characteristics: Similar beliefs, attitudes, and values are the backbone to create a group
Interest and goals: The common interests and goals need cooperation and coordination for their achievement. These could help in the formation of the group.
Influence and power: Only the group would have more influence and power as compared to an individual.
These groups are still alive on another platform that built the personalities of men and women.
But we rarely find these types of groups on the Facebook platform. It is not easy to count them. Maximum people opened the groups. There is no restriction on numbers. Some formed the HINDI LITERATURE GROUP but literature won’t be displayed. We find political drama and reflection of religious sentiments. Somewhere it is MAITHILI SAHITYA GROUP where we find political debate, promotion of coaching center, video of birthday, house warming, traveling by air, foreign tours, etc. I gave only two examples. This is not last but we have got millions of millions of groups formed across the world. In every group, we find some ADMINS and MODERATORS. We rarely find transparency. Let me clear to overcome the controversy. Indian mentality is still confined to nepotism. The Admins and Moderators give the green signal to their brothers, sisters and friends, and acquaintances but the rules and regulations are applied to general members of the Group
It is the responsibility of ADMINS and MODERATORS to make a beautiful Group to avoid the AUTOCRATIC GESTURE and follow the principle of DEMOCRACY otherwise it would be better to wind up the GROUP.
