As I had accepted the Friend’s request I had expressed my warm gratitude for my association with his messenger app. That gentleman had also replied to me, —
“ Thanks for accepting my request. Please open my timeline and go through my poem, blogs, short stories, etc do like them and give your comments also in my comment box. “
Really it was strange for me. I have been using this small device since 2013. But so far nobody has shown a persuasion gesture. Just he became my Digital Friend. As he is very new to me. We are not much closed. Even he might have not recognized my age even. I know that this is a kind of request but it happened immediately. It gave me a tremendous jolt.
We are living in a Democratic atmosphere. How can one tolerate a kind of order at the request of a junior at first sight? As far as the question is concerned about PHYSICAL FRIENDS they are very closed to each other. And they are a maximum same aged group. Any kind of request would be considered whom we know better. But here we are associated with DIGITAL FRIENDS. DIGITAL FRIENDS are quite different from PHYSICAL FRIENDS. DIGITAL FRIENDS rarely meet each other. There is no bar on age. Father, mother, elder brother, teachers, seniors, contemporary and young can be our friends. We must follow the path of discipline, decorum, and decency.
Facebook is an open platform. Once we become friends we keep on watching the creativities of others. We are the showman when we display anything. The rest of the time we are specters. There is no need for any kind of PROMOTION. People would watch the activities and go through their creativity. As and when there is a need for appreciation or positive reaction from specters it would be given. So ANY KIND OF PERSUASION IS NOT ACCEPTED at all in DIGITAL PLATFORM.
